Furthermore, we collect sensitive health information through our HIPAA-compliant clinical assessment tools to facilitate review by licensed professionals.

Your data is used primarily to facilitate clinical evaluations and the issuance of legal documentation. You hereby acknowledge and agree that PetCerts may share your data in a limited capacity for operational purposes. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Sharing intake assessments with state-licensed clinicians in our network.
- Sharing necessary delivery information with fulfillment partners for physical ID cards or hard-copy documentation.
- Internal administrative review to ensure quality control and legal compliance.
Marketing Protection Clause
PetCerts strictly prohibits the sale or sharing of your personal or clinical data with third-party entities for marketing, advertising, or promotional purposes. Your information is used only to fulfill the specific services you have requested.
3. Data Security & HIPAA Compliance
