Terms of Service Agreement

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR USING PETCERTS (THE "SITE") OR OUR SERVICES, YOU HEREBY AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.

1. Description of Services

PetCerts provides a platform that connects users with state-licensed Mental Health Professionals (LMHPs) for clinical evaluations regarding Emotional Support Animals (ESA) and Psychiatric Service Dogs (PSD).

2. Professional Relationship

Evaluations are performed by independent clinicians licensed in your state of residence. In certain states, a clinical relationship of at least 30 days may be required before final documentation is issued.

3. Payment & Refunds

Fees are collected to facilitate clinical evaluation. Refunds are only issued if the assigned clinician determines you do not qualify for an ESA or PSD.
